How can i published the SDK in google play index?

we need follow some rules to build the sandbox.

1. freeze app, until user manual open it.
2. if user not manual open the app, it should not have any background service, background op, read/write disk, network, self bootstrap, launch by other app.
3. user can even set a password to launch the app by input right password.
4. if app ask user for permision, we provided it the sandbox information, which is not direct access the android system files/directory, but like inside a vm , or docker container inside the linux system?[or something like vm/container]

what's the problem of the currently android apps?

1. they have many push notifies.
2. they got background service, background process.
3. they track your locations, your voice, your camera, you files change, your photos. your chat, your sms, your phone call
4. they self bootstrap, and launch other app to make them alive
5. user can not fully freeze or stop them from self open.
6. user can not prevent app background service, because there is no way to stop them.
7. user can not limit the permission , if not gave permission , the app refuse to work, [so why we need to gave the app fake information, if they ask , we gave them all the information, but fake, make them happy]
